Land Use & Transportation Committee
The Land Use Committee reviews and considers development proposals, permits and zoning ordinances, increasing public awareness of our environment and neighborhood. Another committee goal is to organize efforts in dealing with transportation issues such as traffic, public transportation, pedestrians and cyclists, and to find educational tools and programs to help our roads stay safe.
Examples: include SHNA land use positions, appeals and letters of support, PSU transportation class, Skyline sidewalk project, traffic calming, accident documentation, etc.
